What You Need Before Starting

IPTV Smarters Pro uses an Xtream Codes login — the most common format for IPTV services. Before you open the app, make sure you have these three details from your Strong8K welcome message:

Username — your account identifier (case-sensitive)
Password — your account password (case-sensitive)
Server URL — the streaming server address, starting with http:// or https://

⚠️ Keep your login details private. Do not share them publicly — each set of credentials is for a single connection.

Step-by-Step Setup on Firestick

Install the app. Open the Amazon App Store on your Firestick, search for "IPTV Smarters Pro", and install it. No sideloading required.
Open IPTV Smarters Pro. Launch the app. On the welcome screen, tap Add User.
Select Xtream Codes API. This is the standard connection method for Strong8K Live. Tap it.
Enter your credentials. Fill in your Username, Password, and Server URL exactly as provided. Give your profile a name — for example "Strong8K".
Tap Add User. The app will verify your credentials and load your channels, VOD library, and EPG guide. The first load may take 30–60 seconds.
Browse and watch. Use the home screen to switch between Live TV, Movies, and Series. Tap the EPG icon to view the full programme guide.

💡 Also works with M3U: If you have an M3U playlist URL instead of Xtream Codes credentials, select Load Your Playlist or File/URL on the add user screen instead.

Common Errors and How to Fix Them

Authentication failed or Login failed

This is almost always a typo. Check carefully for capital letters, spaces, or missing characters — especially in the server URL. Copy from your welcome message whenever possible.

No channels loading after login

Your subscription may not yet be active or may have expired. Contact our support team to confirm your account status.

Channels buffer constantly

App crashes on launch

Clear the app cache: Settings → Applications → Manage Installed Applications → IPTV Smarters Pro → Clear Cache. Restart the Firestick, then relaunch the app.

EPG guide not loading

The EPG can take several minutes to populate after first login. If it remains empty, go to the app settings and verify the EPG URL is configured.
